I grew up in Borneo, California, Norway and England and also spent significant periods of time in Italy, Brazil and Australia which afforded the opportunity to gain cultural competency.

As a therapist working with children and adults - the most rewarding part of my role is to help assist clients in their journey of empowerment in finding their voice. Helping clients overcome adversity they may have experienced to return to a sense of normality and find themselves again is always at the core of any sessions.
